I continue to provide remote consultation services by phone, video conference and email. I also provide consultation in colorectal surgery by appointment only at Methodist Stone Oak Hospital, Methodist Health System and University Hospital. To schedule a consultation, please call (210) 614-1600.
I would recommend you start looking now for a physician to take care of your needs. Your medical records are confidential and will remain in my possession.
If you want to have your medical records released to you or to another physician of you choice, notify me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to sign an authorization form before I can release your medical records. Please note that I cannot share your medical information without your written consent.

We know your time is important, and it is our intention to honor all appointments promptly. Occasionally, however, an emergency or hospital delay will occur. If you are part of a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), you should have authorization from your Primary Physician before consultation. Your Primary Physician may (a) give this written authorization directly to you or (b) call our office with the authorization.
If you are going to a physician's office for an examination, you will want to wear loose, comfortable clothing that easily slips off and on. This type of apparel does not include jumpsuits.
